We step into this month of May as the Sun reflects Taurus energy upon us (April 19 through May 20). Through this system of astrology I work with, Taurus rules the sixth room of the astrological house, representing health, nutrition and the physical body. Yes, it is that time for us to focus on our health, nutrition and physical body. Do you feel good? Are you feeling healthy and energized? Are you happy with your weight and the shape of your body? If not, then it is time for you to do something about it. Even those who “think” they’re in good health and nutritional standing need to take into consideration how you can do things better. If you were as BEST as you can be, you wouldn’t be here. Align with this time of Sun in Taurus and align with your health, body and nutrition.

The Sun will move into the sign / constellation of Gemini (May 20 through June 20), representing a time of one~on~one closeness. Love is in the air. And you’ll want to look good and feel good as the Universe unites lovers. Whether this is with the one you’re with or with someone new, prepare. Get ready!

Mercury (planet of communication) will move retrograde in the sign of Gemini May 26 through June 19. Whatever you have been hiding and / or keeping secret from another will be revealed and exposed. The Spirits of the Universe are assisting us in strengthening SELF so that we may have more harmonious relationships with others. Communication is key!

When Mercury moves in retrograde, our mind is in retrograde. Pull back, slow down and take your time with EVERYTHING! The last thing this world needs is more accidents to clean up.

This month’s Full Moon will take place in the sign of Scorpio Monday, May 19. Full Moon in Scorpio represents a time of revelation and exposure of the hidden self / Higher Self. Once again, what are you keeping secret? What have you kept hidden? What have you lied about? The Spirits of the Universe take us through a lesson of open and honest communication.

The Spirits of the Universe continue to take us through lessons about money and finances through the energies of Pluto and Jupiter in Capricorn and Saturn is Virgo.

Pluto (planet of death, transformation to perfection) will actually move back and forth through the sign of Capricorn for the next 16 years, taking us through STRONG lessons pertaining to income, money and material things. Pluto in Capricorn will educate us on honoring earth and the material things she has birthed, for if there is no honor, there will be NO things.

Jupiter (planet of expansion / growth / abundance) in Capricorn will actually enhance what we already have, and may bring more things in. The Spirits of the Universe share its wealth with ALL. What will you do with yours? The intention is to help make earth a better place. How will YOU help to make earth a better place?

Saturn (planet of tests and lessons) in Virgo is taking us through lessons of PERFECTION with the work we do. No matter WHAT your line of work may be, Saturn will slow down your pace and test you, just so you may do it better. It’s all about perfection and evolvement. Only those who put out the ABSOLUTE BEST will be exalted. Everyone else will be thrown together into a box to figure out whom they are, why they’re here and to rebuild self from the bottom, up.

So, to summarize life on planet Earth at this time, the way I see it…

Pluto (planet of death, transformation to perfection) has taken our individuality through a clearing, cleansing and perfecting, all in effort to bring forth our individual best. How well have you aligned with Pluto’s cleansing of your individuality? Pluto worked on you from your head to your feet, getting rid of all that was impure just to bring out / forth YOU. Did you bounce back to your old ways? Or have you continued to move forward, perfecting and exalting YOU? Only a few have been exalted through Pluto. Only a few are perfect.

Now, the Spirits of the Universe take us through a perfecting of who we are / what we do in the world through Pluto in Capricorn and Saturn in Virgo. Are you doing the BEST job that can be done in your field / line of work? For if you are not, begin packing your bags, for soon you will no longer be where you are, yet somewhere else, most likely unemployed.

This is also a time of grounding (materializing) your old thoughts and ideas through the sweeping the Dragon’s Tail in Leo and the Dragon’s Head in Aquarius. As old thoughts / ideas / memories from the past resurface, write them down. For one day, they may materialize.

This particular cycle we are in brings forth communication challenges between couples. Things said and done in the past will resurface. Many one~on~one partnerships and relationships may come to an end at this time. THINK before your speak. First, hear the words in your mind before you say them out loud.
